Director of Operations
As Director of Operations, Ayasha administers and coordinates the activities of the organization in accordance with policies, goals and objectives of the firm. She is also responsible for administering general office operations, such as internal accounting, office equipment and supplies, benefits administration, and payroll coordination.
Before joining BlueSky, Ayasha worked in the human resources department of a mid-size insurance company in Santa Monica, California, where she managed employee benefits (including payroll), assisted with Employee Relations within the organization, helped with the development of Human Resources programs and guidelines, and managed the administrative team.
Ayasha has her hands full with her menagerie of pets (4 dogs, 3 cats, 2 snakes, and a flock of chickens), and enjoys reading, traveling, photography, and hanging out with her pets.

What do you enjoy most about being part of BlueSky?
The dedication to clients and employees. BlueSky puts a lot of effort into making sure clients are happy and that they are meeting their goals, but they also do the same for their employees. It’s a very positive, supportive environment.
What does “improving the quality of our clients’ lives” mean to you?
Helping them make their dreams come true, whatever those dreams may be.
What keeps you busy when you’re not working?
My pets! I have four dogs, three cats, two reptiles, and a flock of chickens that keep me on my toes. I also love reading, traveling, and photography.
